About Us

Our Mission

We help people recover their money after the foreclosure.

When a certain property goes under foreclosure it usually means the homeowner fell on hard times or had a life-changing event.

We have found a loophole that might help homeowners get back on track after they lose their homes.  This loophole is called an overage.  An overage, also known as excess or surplus funds, is created after a property is sold at auction for more than what is owed to the bank or to the county.  This is leftover money the homeowners who lose their home are entitled to.

Our company's main goal is to find these homeowners and let them know they have some money waiting to be collected and our purpose is to help them claim these funds.

Who We Are

New England Assurance, LLC is a Capital Research and Recovery Group of committed, trustworthy, and qualified experts located in Hartford county Connecticut.  Our Asset Recovery Specialists are here  to guide you through the foreclosure and surplus recovery process.

If you have received communication from us, it's because we can help you.  We likely have found money that belongs to you, but is being held by the county clerk.  We will recover those funds, at no out-of-pocket expense to you.

Our team have identified that you have rights to claim funds as a result of a foreclosure sale.  Our experts have performed public record searches, skip traces, and court docket reviews to determine this information.  This may be a property that you owned, or one tat you are an heir to, whether it was your parents, siblings or even distant relatives.  We are experts in proving your rights to claim these fund and getting the courts to disburse them to you as soon as possible.

Navigating the process - How IT WORKS

Overview

If you or someone you love is being faced with foreclosure, you may be entitled to additional funds upon the sale of the property.  Our Group will recover those funds for you.

Step 1

After your house or the house of your late relative has gone through the foreclosure sale, our Group has identified that the house sold for more money than was owed on it.  This extra money is yours!

Step 2

We  then identified the funds that are currently being held in the county court registry as a result of the property going through the foreclosure sale.

Step 3

We use public records, land records, government databases, and skip trace tools and have identified you as the rightful claimant for surplus funds.

Step 4

Help us help you!  After a free consultation, you sign an agreement which allows us to process the claim at no upfront or out-of-pocket cost to you.

Step 5

Once you've signed , we do all the work on your behalf.  Our attorneys draft and file all the appropriate notices and motions.  We coordinate with the attorneys from the other parties involved and set a hearing in front of a judge.

Step 6

Once the judge grants the order and disburses the funds, our attorneys can send you an ACH Wire  transfer or overnight you a check.
